Do I have to pay annually?

All our plugins are billed annually. This lets us release regular updates to add new features and ensure compatibility with new WordPress versions, as well as offer ongoing support to you. If you ever cancel, then you can keep using the plugin after it expires but won’t receive any more support or plugin updates.

Plugin installation & setup services

All our plugins are designed to be easy to use and quick to set up by following the instructions in this knowledge base. If you’re short of time, then we’ve partnered with Codeable to provide a complete setup service. Their WordPress experts are familiar with our plugins and will get you up and running in no time.

How many sites can I use the plugin on?

You can choose between 3 license options: Starter (1 site), Business (up to 5 sites) and Agency (up to 20 sites). This controls how many websites you can use the plugin on. If you start with a staging site and later move to a new domain, then you can transfer your license to the new domain. Local installations don’t count towards your limit. If you’re using WordPress multisite then each sub-site counts as a separate website.
