Can I choose the password for my wholesale users?
For security reasons, regardless of your wider WooCommerce settings, wholesale users who register via the wholesale registration form will always have their passwords auto generated. If they change their password after registration then they can use an auto-generated password or choose their own.
If you add new wholesale users manually via Users → Add New then you can edit the auto-generated password if the 'Send User Notification' option is disabled.
If 'Send User Notification' is enabled, then the password field is hidden because the password will be auto-generated and emailed to the user. If you need to see or change this password, then you can do so on the ‘Edit User’ screen after creating the new user’s account. You can then re-send the new password to the user.
