I have password protected a category but it’s not working
If this happens, first go to the Add/Edit Category screen and make sure a password has been entered for that category. You need to enter a password as well as selecting ‘Password protected’.
If you have set everything up correctly, try accessing the category from a different browser. If you have previously unlocked the store, a cookie will be stored in your browser which will let you continue accessing the category without re-entering the password. Using a different browser will let you test the password protection properly.
